About Cheree Ashley

A certified interventionist who has spent her career helping families do the hardest thing they will ever do — with compassion, structure, and a plan.

Meet Cheree

Why I Do This Work

For over 10 years, Cheree has led interventions for families facing alcohol and drug addiction, eating disorders, and untreated mental illness. She has worked alongside treatment centers, clinicians, and families across California, and she has seen what works: preparation, honesty, and a family that refuses to give up. Every intervention she leads is built on those three things.

Our Approach

Compassion First. Structure Always.

An intervention should never feel like an ambush. Cheree’s approach is rooted in respect for the person struggling and for the family carrying the weight. Before anyone sits down together, she works with the family to understand the history, choose the right intervention model, secure a treatment placement, and rehearse what each person will say. By the time the conversation happens, the emotion is still real, but the chaos is gone. That is what makes it work.

Assess
Every family starts with a confidential consultation. Cheree listens, asks the hard questions, and gives an honest recommendation on whether an intervention is the right step.
Prepare
Family members are coached on what to say, how to hold boundaries, and how to respond to resistance. A treatment bed and travel plan are arranged in advance.
Support
Cheree leads the intervention and stays involved through admission and beyond — coordinating with the treatment team and coaching the family through recovery.
Who We Help

Families Facing Addiction and Mental Illness

Cheree works with spouses, parents, adult children, siblings, and close friends of people struggling with alcohol, drugs, eating disorders, and mental health conditions like depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. No situation is too far gone to call. If you are not sure an intervention is right for your family, that is exactly what the consultation is for.

Alcohol Intervention Services
It starts with a phone call. You tell us what is happening, we listen, and we give you an honest assessment of whether an intervention is the right next step.
Drug Intervention Services
We select a treatment program, arrange admission, and coach every family member on what to say and how to respond when your loved one pushes back.
Mental Health Interventions
Your interventionist leads the conversation, keeps it calm and focused, and presents the treatment plan. When your loved one says yes, we transition to treatment immediately.
